Hi! My name is Trish Keefer and I am a certified nutrition and fitness coach who focuses predominantly on Women’s health and hormonal changes as they navigate life stages including pregnancy and child birth, pre and post menopause, and bone density health. Being in perimenopause myself, I understand why so many women struggle with symptoms including belly fat and weight gain, brain fog, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, hot flashes, and night sweats. A common struggle is that weight loss solutions like cutting calories and carbs, and working out like crazy with tons of cardio and boot camps simply don’t work for us anymore like they did when we were younger. Our bodies are different now and it is largely because of the changes in our hormones, so we need to take a new and different approach to optimizing our health and wellness. It is my mission to support and guide women through this process where I will show you how you can exercise less, eat foods you actually like without “dieting”, and get in the best shape of your life

If you have any injuries or chronic pain, I will work with the recommendations of your physician to build a customized program that will allow you to strengthen your body without further aggravation. Your program will include specific strength and mobility exercises that will help you rehabilitate from your injury.

  • Extremely customized – whatever diet works for YOU (plant based, Paleo etc.) I will make it happen! If there are events coming up or holidays planned, I'll tailor it accordingly.
