This mini-program contains a variety of routines designed to help break up the effects of working for long periods of time. How it works These special routines are designed with the workplace in mind, meaning equipment, space, and time have all been taken into consideration. Plan on spending anywhere from 8 to 15 minutes in length, depending on the routine. These routines are organized into 3 categories keeping space and your job in mind:

Category 1: Move Around – If you have some wall space available and can move around a bit.

Category 2: Staying Seated – If you just have access to a chair and can’t really get up and move around a lot (most likely for someone who works at a desk).

Category 3: On The Ground – If you can get down to the ground and move around.
