Hollandaise Sauce
Hollandaise sauce is best known for being a key ingredient for Eggs Benedict, but did you know it tastes delicious on grilled steak or fish, and on roasted vegetables? It’s a great way to add flavor and healthy fat with tons of flavor to your meals!
Ingredients List:
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Add egg yolks, lemon juice, Dijon, salt and cayenne pepper into a high powered blender and blend for 5 seconds
Melt the butter in a microwave (in covered container) for about 1 minute
With the blender running on medium high, slowly stream in the hot butter into the mixture until it’s emulsified.
Pour into a container and serve while warm.
